How to become and Elite Penguin Force Agent
Go to clubpenguin.com and log into your penguin.
Go to where the Sports Shop used to be (now the Everyday Phoning Facility) and go inside. Answer the Telephone when it rings. Test one involves throwing a snowball at the target in the top right corner:
Click the T key on your keyboard to open the snowball aimer, throw one snowball at the target to move onto the next test.
The second test involves you waddling from one square to the next! To start, waddle to the green square in the bottom right corner. Wait for it to say go and waddle as quickly as you can to the red square!
Once you finish the second test (the one were you run from square to square) waddle off of the red square and wait for the cameras to turn off. You will have 20 seconds to hide (turning invisible with your Ninja Suit DOES NOT WORK!). Your best bet is hiding behind the bottom left/right pillar. Even if you get spotted you can still become an Elite Penguin Force Agent so don’t worry!
This is the last test, it will tell you to walk on the Blue Square in the top right corner. It is a trap, you can either not walk on it (you will pass this portion of the test if you don’t) or you can walk on it. If you do throw a snowball at the box with the triangle on it to get out (you will still pass the test this way to).
The computer will add up your scores then it will reveal the entrance to the new Elite Penguin Force Command Room!

Elite Penguin Force HQ & Spy Phone
This is the first thing you see when you step foot into the new Elite Penguin Force HQ. Congratulations, your now an official EPF Agent!
This is the new EPF HQ! This is where we will access all the PSA Missions. It is still under construction as you can see and there will most likely be more new features when it is completed!
This is the new Spy Phone that you get when you become an Elite Penguin Force Agent. It is much more advanced then the old PSA Spy Phone. Heres all the features it has:
Feature 1: Command Room
The first feature is the gold EPF Symbol right at the bottom center. Click on it to go to the EPF Command Room.
Feature 2: Teleporting
The next feature is an old one but is very useful, Teleporting! Click the penguin with the swirls in it to open the list of places to Teleport.
Select where you want to go then wait to be teleported! You can choose from every room in Club Penguin except the Fire Dojo and Ninja Hideout.
Feature 3: Recruit
This is one of the new features. With it you can recruit a penguin to become an EPF Agent! Click the button to find out how or keep reading.
To recruit a penguin, close your Spy Phone, open the penguin’s playercard that you would like to recruit. Click the mail button to open a list of postcards. The first one that will pop up is the EPF Recruitment Postcard. Click on it.
When you first open the postcard it will be blank. Scroll your courser from the top down to read the message then click “Go There” at the very bottom!
Feature 3: Puffle Whistle
This is the feature I find most interesting but sadly you have to have unlocked the code that came with Herbert’s Revenge (Nintendo DS Game) AND be a member. If you have done both those things then go ahead and click on the Puffle Whistle Icon.
With this feature you can call one of the Elite Puffles from the Nintendo DS Game Herbert’s Revenge! Right now you can only call Flare but you will be able to call more in the future! Find the portion of this post that says “Herbert’s Revenge Code”, read that to find out everything else you unlock with the code and everything that Flare can do!
Features Coming Soon
The first two features on the EPF Spy Phone say coming soon. What could those features be? I am almost positive that the first has to do with the EPF Ranks (like I posted a few days ago). Here is what I by that mean:
These are EPF Badges you get by completing missions in the first Elite Penguin Force Nintendo DS Game. Many people thought these were going to come out in Club Penguin (online) and it looks like they are. They are also almost in the shape of the first coming soon icon on the EPF Spy Phone.
The second Coming Soon feature looks to be almost like the snowball aimer! What do you think it could be?
Herbert’s Revenge Code
If you got the new Hebert’s Revenge DS Game get the code out of the box and go to play.clubpenguin.com to unlock it (make sure to click the “Unlock Items” button in the top right corner then select your penguin). Enter the code and see what you’ve unlocked:
You unlock special EPF Gear! You get the EPF Suit, the EPF Spy Phone (if your not already an EPF Agent), plus you get the “Puffle Whistle” Button unlocked on your new EPF Spy Phone along with coins for your penguin!
Go to your inventory and check out the Elite Penguin Force Suit you’ve unlocked then go ahead and open your EPF Spy Phone (where the old Spy Phone used to be, above your Map).
Click on the Puffle Whistle at the bottom.
Right now you can only call Flare (the Black Puffle) but I think in the future you will be able to call all of the Elite Puffles!
Click on “Call Flare” to call him to your side!
Flare does different things depending on what you do, for example if you just sitting or standing Flare will do the action in the picture above.
When you dance flare will blow a ring of blue fire and jump through it for as long as you dance.
When you wave Flare will catch fire.
Flare will also sit towards the way you are sitting!

ahhhhhhh really good quite interesting as-well BUT U need to do a bit harder with the work cause I was trying 2 look for some actual cheats all it is is um some EPF and secret agent stuff so work HARDER!!!!!!!!

By the way, to people who did not get a perfect score, I got one. I’ll explain!
At the first test, you need to throw a snowball to the target.
- Its easy, just aim as long its inside the target. You’ll get full marks!
Now, at the second test, you have to go to the green square and run to the red ones.
- Just click..Thats just 100% easy (o.o)
Bahahaha, now comes the third test which only a few have full marks. Its to hide while the camera is off for 20 seconds!
- When the camera is off, throw a snowball at Camera 2 (The white camera) and then hide at the bottom left/right. Be sure that you even cant see yourself (Just the name).
The last test which requires you to go to the blue square, clearly..Its a trap!!! Are you all blind? It says ‘Preparing Cage Trap’. Which totally means its a 100% trap. To get a full mark, do this:
- When it says ‘Cage Trap Ready’, and the stupid blue thing tells you to go there, you have 2 options which BOTH will make you get full marks. So pick one.
a) Do not go there until it says ‘Trap deactivated’.
b) Throw a snowball at the fuse box BUT, don’t go to the blue square!

Oo, to me..the most interesting flare moves in when you dance. I love black puffles. Moody, sad, angry, cute and black! But no puffles or even penguins can defeat purple puffles and peach penguins [:<

I know how to get a perfect score on the EPF Test!
Test 1: Hit the target with a snowball. (Duh!)
Test 2: Get right next to the front fence once it appears on the green square after you have walked on to it. As soon as it goes down, click on the red square ONCE.
Test 3: Hide behind one of the front pillars and then (Lux1200, you may want to add this to the post) hit the other camera with a snowball. Then Camera 1 can’t see you and Camera 2 can”t see anything.
Test 4: Once the big screen says walk to the blue square, don’t. Just throw a snowball at the fuse box. Done with a perfect score!

Lux, to get a PERFECT score in the EPF test do the following: Hit the target. Run from the green square to red. Hide where you where(or on the other side) then throw a snowball at camera #2. Finally when the cage trap is ready either throw a snowball on it to trigger it, or don’t step on it. hope this helps =).
