Elite Penguin Force Spy Phone
This is the new Spy Phone that you get when you become an Elite Penguin Force Agent. It is much more advanced then the old PSA Spy Phone. Heres all the features it has:
Feature 1: Elite Gear
The first feature is probably the coolest, the Elite Gear! It is basically just like the regular catalogs, except you purchase Elite Gear with medals. A medal is earned when completing the weekly Field-Op (that’s the next feature). Here is all of the Elite Gear you can purchase so far:
Starter Gear (Members & Non-Members)

- Delta Fedora – 2 Medals
- Delta Shades – 1 Medal
- Delta Suit – 4 Medals
- Delta Sneaks – 3 Medals
Basic Set Alpha (Members)
- The Alpha – 2 Medals
- Alpha Shades – 1 Medal
- Alpha Suit – 4 Medals
- Alpha Pumps – 3 Medals
Tactical Headsets (Members)
- Alpha Headset – 1 Medal
- Delta Headset – 1 Medal
Basic Set (Members)
- H2O Pack – 3 Medals
- Range Finder – 2 Medals
- Tactical Gear – 4 Medals
- Tactical Boots – 2 Medals
Basic Set (Members)
- Comm Helmet – 3 Medals
- Sat-Pack – 3 Medals
- Comm Gear – 4 Medals
- Comm Boots – 2 Medals
There are still two tabs for more Elite Gear. Billybob said that they have a lot planned for the Elite Gear in the future so keep checking back!
Feature 2: Field-Ops
Field-Op’s are small missions that EPF Agents can do. There is a new Field-Op each week, for every Field-Op you complete you get a medal to spend on Elite Gear! Your Spy Phone will ring/flash red when there is a new Field-Op.
Go to the Command Room and walk over to the “Field-Ops” screen to start the Field-Op. Gary the Gadget Guy will give you your assignment then you have to use the information given to complete it!
Feature 3: Teleporting
The next feature is an old one but is very useful, Teleporting! Click the penguin with the swirls in it to open the list of places to Teleport.
Select where you want to go then wait to be teleported! You can choose from every room in Club Penguin except the Fire Dojo and Ninja Hideout.
Feature 4: Recruit
This is one of the new features. With it you can recruit a penguin to become an EPF Agent! Click the button to find out how or keep reading.
To recruit a penguin, close your Spy Phone, open the penguin’s playercard that you would like to recruit. Click the mail button to open a list of postcards. The first one that will pop up is the EPF Recruitment Postcard. Click on it.
When you first open the postcard it will be blank. Scroll your courser from the top down to read the message then click “Go There” at the very bottom!
Feature 5: Puffle Whistle
This is the feature I find most interesting but sadly you have to have unlocked the code that came with Herbert’s Revenge (Nintendo DS Game) AND be a member. If you have done both those things then go ahead and click on the Puffle Whistle Icon.
With this feature you can call one of the Elite Puffles from the Nintendo DS Game Herbert’s Revenge! Right now you can only call Flare but you will be able to call more in the future! Find the portion of this post that says “Herbert’s Revenge Code”, read that to find out everything else you unlock with the code and everything that Flare can do!
When you unlock the code you get the EPF Suit, the EPF Spy Phone (if your not already an EPF Agent), plus you get the “Puffle Whistle” Button unlocked on your EPF Spy Phone along with coins for your penguin!
Go to your inventory and check out the Elite Penguin Force Suit you’ve unlocked then go ahead and open your EPF Spy Phone (where the old Spy Phone used to be, above your Map).
Click on the Puffle Whistle at the bottom.
Right now you can only call Flare (the Black Puffle) but I think in the future you will be able to call all of the Elite Puffles!
Click on “Call Flare” to call him to your side!
Flare does different things depending on what you do, for example if you just sitting or standing Flare will do the action in the picture above.
When you dance flare will blow a ring of blue fire and jump through it for as long as you dance.
When you wave Flare will catch fire.
Flare will also sit towards the way you are sitting!
Feature 6: Command Room
This isn’t really a main feature but it is a feature non-the-less! Click on the gold EPF Symbol at the bottom of your Spy Phone for instant access to the Command Room!
