The map is all different? Its all big! They probably did this for the Construction at the Dojo so people could see it on the Map and help out because the Dojo used to be a Secret Room!
Looks like a Ninja broke out of the Dojo! I say that because it looks like there was wood on fire! Pick up your Mining Helmet and head outside!
once you go out side there will be a Japanese Guy (possibly a Ninja or a Monk) digging out the Dojo from under all the Snow!! And he is grey!! Maybe a Ninja in disguise?

You can see this on ANY server and with all the hidden things about Ninjas in the past week, CP was trying to tell us something!
